Ingredients
Half a banana
Peanut butter
Steel-cut Oats
Milk (any kind works)
Water
Chia Seeds
Directions
Start by mashing half a banana into a pot.
Add 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1/2 cup steel cut oats, 1/2 cups milk of choice (I do unsweetened vanilla almond milk), 1/2 cup water, 1 teaspoon of chia seeds.
Place stove on burner at medium heat and cook oats for like 7-10 mins or until the liquid is absorbed and the oats are thick. Transfer to a bowl.
Drizzle another 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter over the oats (I try to melt the peanut butter for a better drizzle by holding a spoon full of peanut butter over the cooking oats. The steam makes the peanut butter melt a bit).
