Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • Half a banana

  • Peanut butter

  • Steel-cut Oats

  • Milk (any kind works)

  • Water

  • Chia Seeds





Directions

  1. Start by mashing half a banana into a pot.

  2. Add 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1/2 cup steel cut oats, 1/2 cups milk of choice (I do unsweetened vanilla almond milk), 1/2 cup water, 1 teaspoon of chia seeds.

  3. Place stove on burner at medium heat and cook oats for like 7-10 mins or until the liquid is absorbed and the oats are thick. Transfer to a bowl.

  4. Drizzle another 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter over the oats (I try to melt the peanut butter for a better drizzle by holding a spoon full of peanut butter over the cooking oats. The steam makes the peanut butter melt a bit).

  5. There ya go 492 calories of peanut buttery goodness
