Ingredients
1 tsp Lavender Simple Syrup
Mint Leaves
1-1.5 oz Rum
Lime
Soda water and Ice
Directions
Muddle mint leaves with lavender simple syrup in a chilled glass
Lavender syrup: cook a tbsp of food-grade lavender with equal parts white sugar and water until thickened. Let cool, and it’s ready to use!
Add ice, lime juice, and rum.
Fill to the top with soda water and garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime wedges.
