Homemade Energy Bars

Ingredients

  • Rolled oats

  • Honey

  • Peanut butter

  • Flax or chia seeds

  • Vanilla extract

  • A dash of salt.

  • Optional: cocoa powder and coconut shavings



Directions

  1. Put everything in a food processor, mix.

  2. Add in chia seeds and form the dough into a ball or energy bar shape,

  3. For added flavor, roll the dough in cocoa powder or coconut shavings.

  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes then enjoy this healthy snack!
