Ingredients
Rolled oats
Honey
Peanut butter
Flax or chia seeds
Vanilla extract
A dash of salt.
Optional: cocoa powder and coconut shavings
Directions
Put everything in a food processor, mix.
Add in chia seeds and form the dough into a ball or energy bar shape,
For added flavor, roll the dough in cocoa powder or coconut shavings.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes then enjoy this healthy snack!
